I like use this patches against wrinkles under the eyes and on the forehead. First, I used it under the eyes only. In my opinion, they don't remove puffiness as well, but they definitely smooth out wrinkles. I have one horizontal wrinkle on my forehead and after these patches it becomes less noticeable.
