HOW TO USE

Neck, décolleté & scalp: To release tension, roll along the temples. Roll upward from the collarbone to the jawline to massage the neck and décolleté, avoiding the throat.
Full body: Gently roll arms from elbows to armpits. Roll back and forth along the inner and outer thighs, hips, buttocks and along the calves. Gently massage skin up and down to help streamline the look of lower body contours.
