HOW TO USE

• Cheeks & jawline: Gently and steadily roll upward along the contour of the lower jaw. Roll along cheekbones in an upward direction from the corners of your mouth to your ears.
• Neck, décolleté & scalp: To release tension, roll along the temples. Roll upward from the collarbone to the jawline to massage the neck and décolleté, avoiding the throat.
• Full body: Gently roll arms from elbows to armpits. Roll back and forth along the inner and outer thighs, hips, buttocks and along the calves. Gently massage skin up and down to help streamline the look of lower body contours.
