How to use:
- Long press the ON / OFF button to turn on the device. By briefly pressing the ON / OFF button, the modes change in the following order Smart> Relax> Active-> Therapy.
- Using the "+" and "-" buttons, you can adjust the intensity of the selected mode.
Left button (three arrows pointing up) for thermal mode: warm, hot, or off.
