With this shampoo, I realized that the best effect is when you leave the shampoo on your hair for 3-4 minutes. Thus, I apply shampoo twice, the first time I quickly rinse, the second time I keep the foam on my hair as long as possible. Minimum 3 minutes. Conditioner is no need. Hair is smooth and beautiful!
