- L-Ascorbyl 2-Phosphate sodium (APS) is a vitamin C derivative with excellent penetration and stability. It suppresses excess sebum, lessens pores appearance, and restores density through collagen production. Compared to pure vitamin C, it is less prone to oxidation and is converted into vitamin C within the keratinocyte, making it one of the most popular derivatives.
