• The product uses hydroquinone in a stabilized form. Two technologies that have realized the stabilization of hydroquinone Special technology stabilizes hydroquinone, which is susceptible to oxidation and degradation. Plus adoption of MLC emulsification technology by adopting micro-emulsification with phospholipids, we were able to create a more delicate and stable formulation. Other major ingredients are vegetable oils and plant-derived activators.
• Enriched with skincare ingredients: 10 kinds of rich skin-conditioning ingredients including stem cell media extract. Prevents rough skin caused by dryness, gives elasticity, texture and luster, and prevents sun spots and freckles, caused by UV rays.
• 8 additives-free for safe use: no parapen, synthetic fragrance, synthetic colorant, silicone, petroleum alcohol, petroleum surfactant, mineral oil, UV absorber.

Stable hydroquinone at a high concentration of 10% 

• What is hydroquinone? It is one of the most popular ingredients in the United States and Japan for skin hyperpigmentation treatment. Hydroquinone is a familiar ingredient that originally exists in nature, such as in plants, and is said to have a stronger effect on the skin compared to vitamin C, arbutin and kojic acid. However, because hydroquinone is a powerful skin care ingredient, it can cause irritation in people with weak and sensitive skin.
• What is stable hydroquinone? Slow release over a long period of time. It is less oxidizing, less irritating to the skin, and easily penetrates the stratum corneum.
• It also contains the moisturizing ingredient Lipidure (R). A highly functional moisturizing ingredient. Lipidure protects the skin surface like a veil, penetrates the stratum corneum and retains moisture inside the skin. Displayed as a skin care ingredient: Polyquaternium-51.

How to use KISO Hydro Cream SHQ-10

• Be sure to follow the recommended amount: use Hydro Cream SHQ-10 in a small amount the size of a grain of rice.
• When using on the face or body, please use Hydrocream SHQ-10 topically, on areas where there is pigmentation, not on the entire face or body.
• Use it once a day only at night before going to bed.
