Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay. There are no interests, mark-ups, processing fees or admin fees. You only pay what you see at the checkout. All data and passwords are encoded and securely protected.
PayPal processing currency is Japanese Yen only.
Delivery & Tracking
FREE shipping for orders over JPY20000 by air mail up to 2 kg including packaging. We may ship your order in 2 or more packages, in which case you will receive multiple track numbers. To upgrade to EMS shipping, the fee is JPY3000. All orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of payment. We provide a track number, which you can track on the website of your national post office. All parcels are insured.
We only ship by air to most countries. You can check the delivery status to your country on the Japan Post website or Contact Us for details. We don't usually ship by sea unless you are our regular customer, please contact us prior to ordering.

We don’t ship to Turkey and Azerbaijan. (Cosmetics not allowed)
Israel: shipping currently not available. Japan Post does not accept shipments to Israel due to suspended air traffic.

Custom duties and taxes
Orders are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. In case you are liable to pay local taxes and customs duties on arrival of your order, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs. Please note that we are unable to advise on the amount of custom duties and taxes in your country and cannot accept responsibility for these costs. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for details. In case a customer refuses to pay custom duties, the package will be returned to the sender. We will refund the price of the ordered products only if returned in original mint condition. However, we will deduct shipping charges both ways (from Japan to your country and back) and a 10% processing fee. Please check your country's tax laws prior to ordering.
If your order is over JPY200,000, we may split it into two or more packages.
Returns Policy
Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged or different from ordered.
Personal hygiene related products including sanitary products, oral care, intimate care items, hair brushes, face care devices are not returnable or replaceable unless defective or damaged.
We don’t accept returns of opened or used items, cosmetic products in any condition, or items that are made for use on the skin (for example, Refa massage rollers and any devices).
We accept returns or refunds inquiries only for regular priced items, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
We require a written proof from the delivery company in case you received a damaged package in order to claim insurance. If you don't have such a proof, we are unable to process your return.

We provide information as accurately as possible, but in case of any discrepancy between the data on our website and the manufacturer's website, the data on the manufacturer's website is considered correct. If the product has been renewed, we ship the newest product.
