Serum for strengthening eyelashes. The package has an applicator like a lip gloss, applied along the eyelid contour, like an eyeliner, in the morning and in the evening.
Active ingredients: nutmeg extract, which strengthens hair follicles, and moisturizing glycerin. Can be used over extended eyelashes, and over permanently curled eyelashes.
Does not contain colorants and fragrances, soft, non-aggressive formula.
Method of application: Apply along the line of eyelash and eyebrow growth.
Volume: 6 g (about 2 months). Made in Japan.
